Case 01 IndustryA tipping container emptied by forklift
Problem
The customer needed a container that could be tipped directly by forklift. No standard product suited their truck or the way they handled it.
What we did
We designed it around their forklift, built the container in our own workshop, and test-tipped it together with the customer before delivery.
Emptying is now done by forklift, with no extra lifting equipment.
Case 02 IndustryA camera rig for automated quality control
Problem
The customer needed to photograph every part produced for automated AI quality analysis. That called for a rig holding camera and part in exactly the same position every time.
What we did
We designed and built a rigid metal stand around the customer's camera and parts, then set it up on site with them.
Every image is taken from the same position, so the analysis is comparable.
Case 03 PropertyInspection hatches for a solar installation
Problem
An apartment block had solar panels fitted to the roof, but the installation had no safe access for inspection and service.
What we did
We built inspection hatches to suit the roof's construction and fitted them on site.
The installation can now be inspected and serviced safely.
